Immune Boosting Shot

Ingredients and approximate amounts are highlighted throughout the recipe. We recommend using organic and local ingredients.

Serves 8-10 shots.

  1. Peel (3) ginger roots.
  2. Peel (2) turmeric.
  3.  2 pinches of fresh black pepper.
  4. Pinch Celtic sea salt.
  5. Juice of a whole lemon.
  6. Juice of a whole orange.
  7. 3-4 cups of filtered water or low sugar coconut water.
  8. A peeled and cored pineapple.
  9. Combine ingredients in a high speed blender. Strain and put into a closed glass vessel in the fridge. Drink within 4 days (freezes well).
